Business Days (typically)
All items are made-to-order and dropship from the manufacturer. Typical transit times are 3-6 business days after production. Tracking numbers will be automatically sent once your order is fulfilled.
The Elwood Soccer Club products are produced by a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Unfortunately, this also means that returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, our manufacturers offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
This site was setup and is managed by an Elwood Parent in close collaboration with Elwood Soccer Club. All profits from merchandise sales will be transferred to the club which can than be used to support and improve the program.
